Please prepare yourself with:

1. Income recieved

2. Number of days rented

3. List of costs you would like to deduct.

You can deduct the costs in proportion to how many days you have rented out. For costs that you pay for a year, i e Insurance, Community Fees, please only state the fee for one quarter (i e 120/4 = 30 euro). Invoices and receipts shall have IVA.

You have to save all invoices and receipts for at least 5 years.

We provide you with fresh towels and linen. You get more space for packing things you may need and do not have to worry about laundry.

We have an emergency telephone number if any problem arise.
