Proxy for making tax declaration
The tax authority want to know that we have the right to send in your tax declaration. For that purpose only we need a proxy.

There is also a short translation from the original Spanish proxy. This proxy only gives us right to make your non-residence tax including your quarterly declaration on Model 210.
Proxy is to represent you making and sending the tax declaration Model 210 by electronic communication to the tax authority with help of the figures you sent us.
This you have to do:
1. Fill in name/s and NIE
2. Sign
3. Take a photo or scan the proxy
4. Take a photo of your passport
5. Send those documents to us peter@homecaremarbella.com
