RENTAL CONDITIONS

To provide you with the best service I use Homecare Estepona as my property management company. They have been active in Dominion Beach more than 20 years and have an excellent reputation. They will send information before arrival, welcome you and hand over keys, clean before and after your stay, make repairs if something is broken and much more.

LEGAL RENTING

According to Spanish law all rental accommodations must be registered. My licence number is MA/05776.

This registration guaranties the renter a minimum standard of the holiday home. You know what you get, i.e. air conditioning for heating and cooling, windows in every room, ventilation, shading, cleaning service and much more.

You also know that the company pay legal salaries and social costs for employees.

In case of an inspection you will have no problem.

Always ask for licence number when renting.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

In short:

- Nº of persons (including children) must be given before the booking and copies of passports (Legal requirement).

-Minimum stay 1 week during the summer high season – Arrivals/departures on a Sunday are not usually possible. Out of High season minimum stay is 6 days.

-Prices include welcome food pack and linen and towels.

-A 25% non-returnable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer to secure the date

-A damage deposit against breakages will be required for our properties, we will send the quote regarding the damage deposit required for each property.

-We regret that we do not accept cheques or credit cards.

EXTRAS

Please let us know in advance if you require any of these serviceses, we add it to the bill:

-Cot, extra beds & high chairs available to rent. These cost 50€ per week.

-To make your arrival and holiday more comfortable we can also arrange a personalized shopping before you arrive, as well as extra cleaning and change of laundry during your stay @ 15 Euro per hour

- Pickup service at airport.

In the living room there is a large L-shaped sofa where all guests can socialize in an airconditioned environment.

Un the terrace you have outdoor dining and chilling area with the Med in the background. In the garden there are sun chairs.

7. Fresh Towels and linen.
We provide you with fresh towels and linen. You get more space for packing things you may need and do not have to worry about laundry.

8. Homecare personnel always available
We have an emergency telephone number if any problem arise.

9. Fully equipped kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easy cook anything you like. To make your vacation even better we have dishwasher and wash machine.
